Biography:

Retired Colonel Hedges and his wife, Alison, founded GS2 in 2018 after 28 years of service in the military.

Previously, Blaine served as Director and Sales Performance Executive with Bank of America’s Merrill Lynch Wealth Management and as Executive Director of the Kentucky Commission on Military Affairs for Kentucky Governor, Matt Bevin.

In his position as the Executive Director, he strived to maximize Kentucky’s relationship with the Department of Defense, spur economic growth across the State, promote military veterans as a viable workforce solution, and improve the quality of life for servicemembers, veterans, and their families.

With unparalleled dedication to goal attainment, Blaine’s expertise lies in recruiting, fostering collaboration, critical thinking/problem solving, oral and written communication, promoting brand recognition, time management, sales, and determining innovative solutions to challenging problem sets.
